Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If there's an issue with your item — wrong size, defect, or damage — contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@zeirstudio.com and we'll make it right. For sizing concerns, we offer exchanges where available. Please refer to our size guide before ordering. As all orders are made to order and shipped directly, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
